We are currently looking for new talents for the following open positions:


01. Design engineer

Duties:

  • — Participate in the development of current and future projects, including developing schematics and designing individual nodes and housings made of sheet metal and welded structures.
  • — Manage records of technical and design documentation.
  • — Select suitable components for the development of climate control equipment.
  • — Supervise equipment installation and connection works.
  • — Participate in the installation, adjustment, testing, and commissioning of finished products.
  • — Ensure the effective operation, maintenance, and timely repair of air conditioning equipment (both our own production and Webasto-made).
  • — Identify causes of equipment failures and breakdowns, and take measures to prevent and eliminate them.

Requirements:

  • — Proficient in using PC software (Catia, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, Excel).
  • — Expertise in technical specifications, design features, operating modes, and technical operation guidelines for air conditioning equipment used in stationary and automotive systems (air conditioning and heating).
  • — Expertise in methods of installation, setup, adjustment, and repair of climate control equipment, and knowledge of its application fields.
  • — Ability to work with design documentation (read and manage).
  • — Knowledge of the modern technological element base.
  • — Knowledge of English (preferred).
  • — Possession of a driver’s license (preferred).
  • — Willingness to travel for business.
02. Deputy Director for Commercial Affairs

Responsibilities:

  • — Planning sales, investments, business cases, and reporting.
  • — Overseeing all commercial aspects of the sales department, including projects, retail, customer service, and after-sales service.
  • — Managing project and sales activities, including sales planning and administration (CRM and 1C) on a daily basis.
  • — Implementing the agreed sales growth strategy, focusing on projects and retail trade, especially (but not limited to) in the defense market and for non-governmental organizations.
  • — Maximizing profit opportunities.
  • — Achieving the planned turnover and profit targets.

Duties:

  • — Organizing and developing the sales team by setting goals, establishing reporting processes, and ensuring alignment with TPU’s growth strategy.
  • — Maintaining and actively developing relationships with existing and new customers, visiting their locations, and providing information about products, the market, and the company.
  • — Managing all commercial issues in compliance with customer requirements and deadlines.
  • — Completing customer projects and updating our customers and stakeholders within the company on project status.
  • — Conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform the development department of customer requirements for new products.

Requirements:

  • — Higher education in Business Economics, Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong understanding of technical issues.
  • — Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, preferably in an international company or the automotive industry.
  • — Energetic team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive “I can do it” attitude.
  • — Demonstrated competence and responsibility.
  • — Proven leadership and management skills.
  • — Strong organizational and planning abilities.
  • — Capable people manager who can motivate and lead a team effectively.
  • — Strong customer orientation.
  • — Confidence and the ability to persuade, particularly with top management of clients.
  • — Ability to work under stressful conditions and meet deadlines.
  • — Flawless Ukrainian, and proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
