An integrated solution for extending the standard air conditioning system for armored vehicles. For a domestic customer, we equipped the “Kozak” series vehicles with an additional evaporator for cooling the troop compartment. According to the technical specification, it was necessary to provide air conditioning for the crew compartment by enhancing the power of the existing air conditioner. The new unit had to be vertical and fit into a 400 mm niche. Thus, to meet the customer’s needs, TPU engineers calculated the required power and developed the new “Kyiv-50” evaporator, which became the ideal universal solution for the entire series of armored vehicles. The evaporator is housed in a metal casing with a system for distributing cooled air.
In addition to the air conditioning system, a heater for preheating the engine is installed, allowing for a quick start without additional wear on the vehicle’s equipment. An autonomous air heater for the cabin is also included. This allows for the effective use of the vehicle in harsh operating conditions, ensuring comfort and reliability regardless of the circumstances.







Full-fledged climate control system for Otaman 6×6 and Otaman 8×8 armored personnel carriers.
Consists of:
– an independent parking heater that warms up the powertrain for a smooth and reliable engine start at low external temperatures, heating power 12 kW;
– an autonomous forced-air heater in the crew compartment to create a comfortable environment inside the vehicle, power output 4 kW.
– air conditioning system of two independently operating contours.
The frontal contour of the conditioner creates optimal conditions for the chassis with its 4 kW cooling and 2 kW heating power. The rear AC chills the landing compartment down to comfortable temperatures with 9 kW cooling power.
The first field kitchen project of domestic production in Ukraine, developed and implemented in collaboration with a Ukrainian partner. The complex has been inspected by military representatives, adopted for service, and launched into mass production.
The container-type kitchen module is realized in two configurations: transport position and operational position. In the transport position, it is a compact container that can be conveniently transported and moved on a truck (trailer), or by rail, air, or sea transport.
In the operational position, the complex unfolds into an autonomous kitchen space of 22 m². We have specially selected professional kitchen equipment, including a combi oven, high-capacity cooking kettles, a dishwasher, an electric vegetable cutter, a slicer, refrigeration and freezing units, an electric stove, and more. All of this is arranged in a way that allows for compact folding into the transport position. Additionally, at the request of the end customer, our engineers designed and manufactured a serving tray that accommodates food portions according to the standards of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Moreover, the TPU team has implemented temperature control in the kitchen module, designed, and installed air conditioning and heating systems. We have also organized the power supply for the kitchen module. The mobile kitchen complex is powered by a generator designed and developed by TPU according to the technical specifications of the end customer.
The complex is designed to provide meals for groups of up to 500 people, enabling the preparation of fresh and hot meals even in hard-to-reach areas.
