Communication module: air conditioning

A unique development of TPU produced at our workshops, the Borey Compact is a tightly packed monoblock AC system originally designed for mobile or stationary containers and KUNG-standard vehicle modules and trailers. Ukrainian production and reliable European components guarantee the outstanding performance of this system.

Simple and quick to install, Borey Compact creates an optimal operating temperature inside the room even in extreme weather conditions. The device does not require fresh air intake and therefore fully complies with the requirements for operation with air filtration and ventilation systems.

On a request from the military, TPU developed and integrated the Borey Compact into a field communication module. Our equipment is actively used to ensure the comfort of personnel during their deployments.

Borey Tent is a mobile air conditioner, our unique project developed from scratch. Designed for air conditioning, heating (optional), and ventilation of tents and temporary structures. It is placed outside the room and connected to the interior space with flexible ducts. The air conditioner is pre-charged with refrigerant, it can be deployed and put into operation in a matter of minutes.

This Ukrainian product is made using high-quality European components. Its mobility, combined with the high cooling power of 12 or 17 kW, ensures optimal operating temperature inside the tent or temporary structure under any conditions.

The project was developed in partnership with a Ukrainian manufacturer to equip military tents. The system is actively used in practice, providing comfortable conditions for the stay of military personnel at forward aid stations, where the well-being of people inside is the foremost priority.

The autonomous air heating system for the crew compartment and the water pump compartment of a fire truck, meticulously selected and tailored to the client’s technical specifications.

The heater ensures comfortable working conditions for the crew and uninterrupted operation of crucial firefighting equipment even at outdoor temperatures as low as −20 °C.

The heater has its own autonomous fuel supply system — taking fuel either from the vehicle’s tank or a compact additional tank — and has multiple interchangeable control systems. Understanding the importance of this project, we use the most modern technologies in the design and carefully control the quality of the assembly for maximum reliability and safety of the heater.
